The United States faces a critical shortage of nurses – and a need that will increase to 1.2 million new nurses by 2014. This has created an unmatched opportunity for nurses outside the U.S. Through our master’s program, international nurses can work as U.S. healthcare professionals soon upon arrival, as nurses within a year, and upon graduation as nurse managers. There’s never been a better way to make your dreams come true.

7 Great Reasons to Become a Healthcare Manager

About Us

The Institute for Healthcare Excellence works with successful international nurses to support them in becoming healthcare leaders for the 21st Century. Our program is designed especially for our students to become licensed registered nurses in the United States within a year, and after graduation, to secure great jobs as nurse managers.

We currently offer our academic program in collaboration with Northwest Christian University in Eugene, Oregon U.S.A. and with Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky U.S.A.  Students pursue a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in healthcare administration. The course of study is designed to be comfortably completed over a period of two to four years depending on the school. All classes are conveniently offered on Saturdays and evenings, allowing students to work full-time and “earn while they learn .”

The Institute for Healthcare Excellence’s assistance is comprehensive -- from helping our students secure visas into the U.S. and getting into a great university, to helping them find well-paying work-study jobs and becoming licensed U.S. registered nurses.

For both nurses with a bachelor’s degree or those with three-year nursing diplomas, our program is perfectly tailored for international nurses ready to take a giant step forward in their careers. We change the lives of international nurses. Contact us today, and let’s discuss how we can work with you to change yours!
